Missing / Lost Time (item#1)

A large percentage of abductees report a period of lost or
missing time between one to three hours or more of which
that can not be accounted for in their recollection of the
days(nights) events. This may happen in their normal daily
routine where they are involved in a normal activity and then
notice that somehow the clock tells them it is actually much
later in the day then they thought a few seconds earlier.
They may look at the clock, for instance and see that it is
about 3pm in the afternoon, they do the dishes (example) which
seems to take about ten minutes, they feel a little groggy and
then goto sit down, moments later they look at the clock again
and it is now about 6pm. Somehow they have missed three hours.
This is only an example and it can happen in any variety of ways.
If you believe in or believe you have been abducted by aliens
then possibly the missing time you can not remember could be the
time you were on board a space craft being subjected to strange
exams and the IIKS. It seems that the aliens largely prefer
anonymity in their operations and frequently erase the memories
of an abductee just prior to depositing them back into their
natural environment. The abductee does not at first remember
what happened in those three hours, and some never will, but a
few of them will have episodes of recall or flashbacks about the
events which take place on the alien space craft. There are of
course psychological causes of missing time phenomena which should
be addressed but if you feel a need for Hypnotic Regression to
help recall alien abduction experiences than that should be
addressed as well- see SUBJECT: Hypnotic Regression.Alien Beings
do not necessarily have to erase the events from our mind, we might
d0 it ourselves as a natural defence mechanism, sometimes memories
are too painful for a person to look at right away and our mind
naturally temporarily forgets until a later time or the information
is stored somewhere in our brain and it may not ever be recalled
unless we are subjected to some sort of reminder or experience that
jogs the memory. Some psychologists believe that an alien abduction
experience could be a 'mask memory' of an actual event that is
usually very traumatic, the vistim, for example, may have been
sexually molested by an uncle but they are so traumatixed by the
event they make up a more comfortable memory where they were instead
molested by aliens. This turns the event from real into fantasy
which is easier to cope with and they may defending someone they
care about because they do not understand why the perpetrator hurt
them, so instead of being assaulted by their uncle they are molested
by an alien being from another world. This is only an example, it can
happen in any number of ways to disguise real traumatic events.
The above mentioned is usually related to Post Traumatic Stress
Disorder which is a common ailment of anyone suffering from a very
disturbing experience. IE you have experienced a feeling of lost
or missing time it could be important to learn about all aspects
of possible causes because it could be associated with a serious
psychological problem. Such problems mgiht be Repression of Abuse,
psychosis, multiple personality disorder, psychogenic fugue, and
maybe even temporal lobe dysfunction. It is important to consult
a therapist or doctor about 'Missing Time' experience because if
it happens frequently or is causing problems in your life it may
be 'cured' or 'treated' with therapy and/or medication. Obviously
when this event happens so rarely as not to be a problem than it
is not necessary to worry about it too much. lf you have a serious
medical illness you will want treatment so you can get better.
