Paralyzed in bed with Aliens in Room (item#2)

A very large number of abductees have reported waking up in
bed with a feeling of being completely unable to move as if
frozen or paralyzed and there is one or more alien beings in
the room. The victim may wake up with a feeling of dread or
fear and because they can not move they become very scared.
Sometimes there are strange creatures, demons or aliens present.
what happend next can vary from one report to the next but
sometimes the victim is eventually released from the paralysis and
the alien disapears or de-materializes. Some people report that
the alien beings then transport them through a wall or window and
then inot an alien craft. The transportation process can vary. Some
abductees are 'beamed up' or levitated or flown by the aliens or
on occasion are put into some small pod and taken to the mothership.
I myself have had a few experiences similar to this and so have
other members in my family on my mothers side. It can be a very
realistic and very frightening experience. Often this experience
is classified by doctors and therapists as SLEEP PARALYSIS.
The experience can happen just prior to falling asleep or just
_ apon awakening and it most often occurs while the person is lying
in a supine position. It can last from a few seconds to several minutes
but it feels like it is lasting much longer. The victim feels as if
they can not move or cry out for help or speak. This can be caused
by sleep paralysis.Hormones released during the REM dream state
paralyses the body to keep it from acting out content in dreams.
During most regular sleep cycles these hormones begin to wear off
,in most cases, before the completion of the dream, and thus the
person wakes from sleep fully able to move as desired. Sleep
paralysis occurs when the individual awakes while the hormones are
still actively supressing the gross motor functions of the body
and disabling voluntary movement. The_victim can experience 15 seconds
to one minute of paralysis before it wears off naturally. This event
can make the victim feel helpless and frightened although the experience
is entirely harmless and fairly common. Some people produce an excess
amount of this hormone and therefore will suffer this more often
than others. This disorder is known as Common Sleep Paralysis (CSP).
HSP or Hypnagogic Sleep Paralysis is far less common and far more
frightening to those who suffer it. It is very similar to CSP but
can last much longer up to 7-8 minutes and is accompanied by a
frightening hallucination or waking nightmare. Victims suffering HSP
awakes because they thought they heard something or felt something,
this seems to occur outside the dream sequence and the victim is
paralysed apon awakening, moments later they are startled by a visual
hallucination that takes the form of a small malevolent creature
(ie. alien,ghost,demon,monster,robot,vampire,succubus,incubus,hag,etc.)
that straddles the victim. The creature than compresses the chest or
attempts to strangulate the victim as if it is trying to kill them.
This event usually occurs while subjectr is sleeping on their back.
This experience is often associated with alien abductions, demon
posessions, and ghosts, vampires, etc. New studies theorize that there
could be a connectrion between HSP and Sudden Nocturnal Death Syndrome
(SNDS). The good news is that there is treatment available for this
sleep disorder and there is medication to stop the experiences all
together. It is a good idea to consult a therapist or doctor to
get the appropriate help for this condition. CSP affects nearly
25-30% of the population and 20-30% suffer it frequently and it
usually affects peoples age 12 to 30 and not much after 30. It
is most frequently'reported by people ages 16-20.

Missing / Lost Time (item#1)

A large percentage of abductees report a period of lost or
missing time between one to three hours or more of which
that can not be accounted for in their recollection of the
days(nights) events. This may happen in their normal daily
routine where they are involved in a normal activity and then
notice that somehow the clock tells them it is actually much
later in the day then they thought a few seconds earlier.
They may look at the clock, for instance and see that it is
about 3pm in the afternoon, they do the dishes (example) which
seems to take about ten minutes, they feel a little groggy and
then goto sit down, moments later they look at the clock again
and it is now about 6pm. Somehow they have missed three hours.
This is only an example and it can happen in any variety of ways.
If you believe in or believe you have been abducted by aliens
then possibly the missing time you can not remember could be the
time you were on board a space craft being subjected to strange
exams and the IIKS. It seems that the aliens largely prefer
anonymity in their operations and frequently erase the memories
of an abductee just prior to depositing them back into their
natural environment. The abductee does not at first remember
what happened in those three hours, and some never will, but a
few of them will have episodes of recall or flashbacks about the
events which take place on the alien space craft. There are of
course psychological causes of missing time phenomena which should
be addressed but if you feel a need for Hypnotic Regression to
help recall alien abduction experiences than that should be
addressed as well- see SUBJECT: Hypnotic Regression.Alien Beings
do not necessarily have to erase the events from our mind, we might
d0 it ourselves as a natural defence mechanism, sometimes memories
are too painful for a person to look at right away and our mind
naturally temporarily forgets until a later time or the information
is stored somewhere in our brain and it may not ever be recalled
unless we are subjected to some sort of reminder or experience that
jogs the memory. Some psychologists believe that an alien abduction
experience could be a 'mask memory' of an actual event that is
usually very traumatic, the vistim, for example, may have been
sexually molested by an uncle but they are so traumatixed by the
event they make up a more comfortable memory where they were instead
molested by aliens. This turns the event from real into fantasy
which is easier to cope with and they may defending someone they
care about because they do not understand why the perpetrator hurt
them, so instead of being assaulted by their uncle they are molested
by an alien being from another world. This is only an example, it can
happen in any number of ways to disguise real traumatic events.
The above mentioned is usually related to Post Traumatic Stress
Disorder which is a common ailment of anyone suffering from a very
disturbing experience. IE you have experienced a feeling of lost
or missing time it could be important to learn about all aspects
of possible causes because it could be associated with a serious
psychological problem. Such problems mgiht be Repression of Abuse,
psychosis, multiple personality disorder, psychogenic fugue, and
maybe even temporal lobe dysfunction. It is important to consult
a therapist or doctor about 'Missing Time' experience because if
it happens frequently or is causing problems in your life it may
be 'cured' or 'treated' with therapy and/or medication. Obviously
when this event happens so rarely as not to be a problem than it
is not necessary to worry about it too much. lf you have a serious
medical illness you will want treatment so you can get better.
